Wie gut kennst du deine eigene Vulva? Wann hast du sie zuletzt mit neugierigem Blick betrachtet, ohne sie zu bewerten oder mit vermeintlichen Idealen zu vergleichen? Hast du sie schon einmal bewusst gefeiert?
In diesem Workshop werden die Teilnehmer:innen eingeladen, der eigenen Vulva mit mehr Selbstverständnis, Neugier und Wertschätzung zu begegnen. Gemeinsam erkunden wir Vulvavielfalt, hinterfragen Scham und Tabus und erfahren, wie befreiend es sein kann, den eigenen Intimbereich aus einer ganz neuen Perspektive zu betrachten.
Das Herzstück des Workshops ist das Vulvacasting: Unter achtsamer Anleitung fertigst du einen Abdruck deiner eigenen Vulva an, woraus dein ganz persönliches, dreidimensionales Kunstwerk entsteht – ein Abbild deiner Einzigartigkeit, das du direkt mit nach Hause nehmen kannst.
Wir schaffen gemeinsam einen geschützten Raum, in dem unterschiedliche Vulven völlig selbstverständlich sind. Einen Raum für Neugier, Austausch, Selbstbestimmung und einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit unseren Körpern.
Manche machen vielleicht beim Workshop mit, um ihre Vulva zu feiern. Du musst deine Vulva aber (noch) nicht lieben, um dabei zu sein. Du musst nichts beweisen und keine bestimmten Erwartungen erfüllen. Es reicht, einfach neugierig zu sein und dich auf eine besondere Erfahrung einzulassen.

Was dich konkret erwartet:
- Ankommen und gemeinsames Einstimmen
- Anhand von Vulvaabdrücken und Fotomaterial erfährst du eine Menge über Vulvadiversität und meine Arbeit als Vulvaabformungskünstlerin. Wir hinterfragen Schönheitsideale, Scham und Tabu rund um diesen Körpebereich.
- Vulva Watching – eine angeleitete Einladung, deine Vulva mithilfe eines Handspiegels mit Neugier und Wertschätzung zu betrachten
- Vulvacasting – du fertigst unter achtsamer Anleitung einen Abdruck von deiner eigenen Vulva an
- Zeit für Meditation und Austausch, während der Gips, mit dem die Abdrücke gegossen wurden, aushärtet
- Gemeinsames Lösen der Abdrücke aus der Form – Staunen und Worshipping
- Ende um 18.00 Uhr
Mitzubringen:
Komm in bequemer Kleidung und bring ein großes Badetuch, ein Handtuch sowie eine Transportbox für deinen Vulvaabdruck, der mindestens 15 x 15 x 8 cm misst, mit. Bei Bedarf auch dicke Socken oder Hausschuhe.
Die Teilnahme ist auch möglich wenn du schwanger bist, einen Vaginalinfekt hast oder menstruierst. Mit einem Menstruationsartikel, der vollständig in der Vagina liegt, klappt es wunderbar – es ist aber auch möglich, beispielsweise ein Rückholbändchen mit abzuformen, wenn du das möchtest.
ACHTUNG: Bitte komm mit vollständig rasiertem/enthaartem Intimbereich zum Workshop. Intimbehaarung ist ein Aspekt von Vulvadiversität und ich finde es wunderbar, wenn Frauen* diese tragen, wie sie möchten – eine Abformung mit Behaarung ist allerdings schwieriger und zeitaufwändiger und deshalb im Rahmen dieses Workshops leider nicht möglich. Falls du dich nicht von deiner Intimbehaarung trennen und deine Vulva dennoch abformen möchtest, kontaktiere mich gerne unter mariagroiss@gmx.net, damit wir eine Lösung finden können.

How well do you know your vulva? And when was the last time you looked at it with curiosity, without judging it, comparing to supposed ideals, or searching for flaws? When was the last time you celebrated it?
In this workshop, participanst are invited to approach their own vulvas with curiosity and appreciation. Together, we will explore vulva diversity, question shame and taboos, and discover how liberating it can be to look at your own vulva from a completely new perspective.
The heart of the workshop is vulva casting: with gentle guidance, you will create a mold of your own vulva, from which your very own three-dimensional artwork will emerge – a representation of your uniqueness to take home with you.
Together, we will create a safe space where different vulvas are simply and naturally accepted. A space for curiosity, sharing, self-determination and a resprectful relationship with our bodies.
You might want to join to celebrate your vulva. But you don’t have to love your vulva (yet) to participate. You don’t have to prove anything or meet any particular expectations. All you need is curiosity and willingness to embrace a truly special experience.
What to expect:
- Arriving and tuning in together
- Discovering vulva diversity: Using vulva casts and photographic material, you will learn about the diversity of vulvas and my work as a vulva casting artist. Together, we will question beauty ideals, shame and taboo surrounding this part of the body
- Vulva Watching: A guided invitation to explore your own vulva with curiosity and appreciation, using a hand mirror
- Vulva Casting: With my guidance, you will create a negative mold of your own vulva using skin friendly materials. The mold will then be filled with plaster to create your unique artwork.
- Time for meditation and sharing while the plaster sets
- Releasing the casts from their molds together – a moment for wonder, amazement and vulva appreciation!
- The workshop ends at 6:00 pm
You are welcome to participate if you are pregnant or if you are menstruating. Menstrual cups or discs that sit entirely inside the vagina work well, or a tampon with the removal placed inside the vagina. Intimate piercings can also be included in the casting, as long as they fit snugly against the skin.
What to bring:
Please wear comfy clothing and bring a large and a small towel, as well as a container for transporting your vulva cast safely, measuring at least 15 x 15 x 8 cm. Thick socks or slippers, if you wish.
IMPORTANT: Please arrive with your intimate area completely shaved or waxed. Pubic hair is a wonderful aspect of vulva diversity. However, casting with pubic hair is more difficult and time-consuming and is therefore unfortunately not possible at this workshop. If you do not wish to remove your pubic hair but would still like to have your vulva cast, please contact me at mariagroiss@gmx.net so that we can find a solution together.
